Wild North Veterinary Hospital provides veterinary in Darwin and the Northern Territory. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Specific service terms, including scope of work and pricing, will be outlined in individual quotes provided to you.
All quotes provided by Wild North Veterinary Hospital are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and requires your approval before proceeding.
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 2% per month.
Wild North Veterinary Hospital warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 7 days of completion and we will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue at no additional cost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild North Veterinary Hospital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may cancel a service engagement with reasonable written notice. If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed and materials purchased up to the date of cancellation.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory.
