Wildlife Care — Wild North Veterinary Hospital

At Wild North, all wildlife brought in by members of the public is treated free of charge. Wildlife patients receive pain relief and rehydration for stabilisation before a full diagnostic workup including X-rays, blood tests and faecal assessment.

With specialised equipment and over 20 years of wildlife experience, we perform advanced surgeries including fracture repairs and foreign body removals, improving the release success of native patients.

Dr Bec holds Membership in Australasian Wildlife Medicine from the ANZCVS — the only veterinarian in the Northern Territory with this qualification. All staff are fully flying fox vaccinated. We work closely with Wildcare NT and Darwin Wildlife Sanctuary.
